Christine Khaou
Co-Founder | Life Architect | Coach | Creative
Christine is a certified coach and facilitator with a strong background in leadership development, relationship intelligence, and personal transformation. She brings over 200 hours of professional coaching experience and is a graduate of the Cambodia Coaching Institute’s ICF-aligned certification program. Her work combines practical coaching tools with insight from psychotherapy and counselling to support sustainable behaviour change in individuals and teams.
Christine works with professionals navigating change, complexity, or interpersonal challenges — helping them strengthen self-awareness, clarify direction, and lead with emotional intelligence. She is particularly skilled at supporting high-performing individuals in building relational leadership capacity, improving communication, and maintaining alignment under pressure.
Before entering the coaching field, Christine spent seven years managing high-end development projects in Cambodia’s real estate and hospitality sectors, including leadership roles at Rosewood Phnom Penh. Her experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across timelines, cultures, and stakeholder expectations informs her ability to coach with both strategic perspective and operational insight.
